Customer services are essential to the daily life of a business. Your business is online, in person, social media, and always moving. Presenter Rose-Marie Vieira will show you examples and techniques on how to think about your relationship with your clients.

Presenter Rose-Marie Vieira will be discussing is the winner of the (RI) Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce award for Customer Service Above & Beyond the Call of Duty.She holds a degree in Business from Johnson & Wales University and comes from a strong customer service background with over 30 years of serving in the management area of several industries including retail and restaurant services. Rose runs a business and serves as the WWBC’s Office Administrative Assistant.
